Paula's superb demeanour means that you're immediately put at ease, and it doesn't take long to work out she certainly knows her stuff. The fork healing treatments to help my Parkinson's left me incredibly relaxed and improved my sense of well-being, and that's some mean feat. Paula is such a lovely lady with a beautiful soul, which made it a throughly enjoyable experience overall.

Thank you for balancing and aligning me today, I've been feeling out of sorts for a while but unable to put my finger on what it was. Paula and her tuning forks found a way of putting me at ease. During the session I was aware of the energy in various parts of my body shifting and releasing. My emotional mood lifted and I felt somehow taller as I left. I would recommend this type of sound therapy to others and will myself be returning in the future.
